File Upload Utility (Google Sheets)
This utility can be used on any Google Sheet to easily select or drop files into an upload window that will automatically upload files to a selected folder and add a smart chip to the selected cell in Google Sheets.
It also supports adding external links if you don't want to host the files on Google Drive (or already uploaded to Google Drive)--just keep in mind that if the file isn't hosted on Google Drive, it can't be displayed as a smart chip (and will be displayed as a link instead).
